Toby,
Joe Lewis is certainly one of the legendary
figures of our industry. His first tournament
win was at My Instructor's Tournament
(Jhoon Rhee) in the 1960's... I've followed
his career since I started martial arts in
1969. My first direct class with Joe was in
1976 in Tulsa, OK and over the years I became
friends with him primarily through my instructor
Jeff Smith.
If he's impacted your life in Martial Arts directly
or Indirectly (just about all of us) then reach
out and show support in this hour of need.
Below I've shared direct communications
from Grand Master Lewis and his support
team with an update to his health and ways
that you can reach out to show emotional
and, financial support.
Please join my in praying for a swift recovery
and click the link below as I did yesterday and
make a financial donation as well.
Thank you.

Toby, Wow, Just got back
from Tulsa, Oklahoma.... BAD time to be in
Oklahoma I've got to tell you the news said
the "HEAT INDEX" aka MISERY INDEX was
at 109 Degrees (HOT & MUGGY!)
Anyway. It's a fabulous time to be in Colorado
at 8,000 foot Elevation where I'm sitting right
now.....
Just thought I'd let you know about ALOT of stuff
going on. For those who'd like to FLEE to better
climates I'm hosting a Martial Arts Marketing
"MINI-Bootcamp" on Saturday August 6th. Care
to Join Me?
http://ping.fm/KWz52
Even if you can't I'm setting aside a small number
of slots to do One-One-One Consults with school
owners. Typically this is at $1,297 an hour - so
a 1/2 slot is worth $600+ normally - and, frankly
may turn out to be priceless.
There is a "Catch" You've got to watch a 90 minute
video and read what I consider to be a really valuable
book - and, complete an school assessment so that
we make the call worthwhile
